Development plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the released materials.
Additionally contained in this latest document disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section detailing various sections of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring plans for boat shelters.
